About us
A labour of love by mother and daughter
Kaiserufer is a labour of love, founded by mother and daughter. In our rooms you will find not only professional expertise, but above all human warmth. Our close collaboration as a family is a central part of our philosophy. We also maintain a trusting and warm relationship with our colleagues. We know that a strong, healthy foundation within the team is the basis for offering our guests the best possible support. In this atmosphere, together we create an environment where trust, wellbeing, professional guidance and a pinch of humour take centre stage.

Our story
Bringing together what belongs together
At Kaiserufer we see each person as a whole, because body and mind are inseparably connected.
With us, you are not a patient but a guest. Our rooms are deliberately designed to radiate warmth and a sense of safety. Nothing here feels like a clinic or a practice: everything feels like a place where you can be at ease. Because true healing needs an atmosphere that allows trust and relaxation.
Our Team
This is us
Our team brings together different disciplines and personalities. What unites us: the wish to accompany people as equals.

Changing yourself is probably one of the greatest challenges life has in store. Yet that is precisely the heart of therapy. At Kaiserufer, I have made it my mission to make the path to this change easier for people.
That takes empathy, authenticity and genuine human appreciation.
These very principles form the foundation of client-centred psychotherapy, developed by the wonderful psychotherapist Carl Rogers (1902-1987) within the framework of humanistic psychology.
I work for Kaiserufer to bring this attitude to life.
Degrees in social pedagogy and humanistic psychology.
Heilpraktiker for psychotherapy (licensed under German law)
Additional therapeutic training: humanistic person-centred talk therapy, solution-oriented painting therapy (LOM), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), neurofeedback.

Eva-Maria Ramelow
I am co-founder of Kaiserufer, where I look after programme development, marketing and our team. My background is originally in biology, and my love of nature and my earlier work at a wildlife park still shape the way I see people today.
What matters to me: genuine encounters as equals, a humorous approach to difficult topics and the courage not to lose our inner child, even in adult life. In my work I prefer lively, creative paths. Movement, expression, nature and inner images are, for me, ways of reaching what words sometimes cannot grasp.
I believe that change becomes possible when we feel seen, when trust grows and space opens up for what is real. That is exactly what we try to live out anew every day at Kaiserufer.

No change, no growth. Full stop. This is exactly where I come in.
With my Master's in sports psychology, I combine mental work with movement and sporting experiences. For me, sport is not an add-on but a central gateway to topics such as focus, motivation, handling pressure and personal development. I love sport and use it deliberately as a resource.
In my work, I value meeting people as equals, honesty with one another and humour. Especially in challenging phases, it helps not only to look at problems but to make existing strengths visible and build on them. Life is allowed to be serious, but it does not always have to be.
As a certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, I support individuals, teams and companies in structuring complex topics clearly, shifting perspectives and developing solutions that last.
Alongside my professional work, I keep everyday practice life running smoothly at Kaiserufer and take on organisational and management tasks so that the therapeutic work gets the space it needs.

Heilpraktiker for psychotherapy (in training)
Healing begins where you feel safe enough to be yourself.
In my therapeutic work, I follow a humanistic view of the person and place great value on creating a safe space where honest feelings, inner needs and your own solutions can find their place. I see it as my task to accompany you in your inner and outer processes: sometimes empowering, sometimes offering impulses, always supportive.
My training and my experience across different fields have shown me that therapy is most effective when you are allowed to feel seen, held and, at the same time, capable of shaping your own path. That is why I invite you into a space free of pressure and judgement, and support you with a range of methods from psychotherapy and art therapy. We work at your pace and in the way that feels right for you in each moment.

Making people feel welcome and creating an atmosphere in which they feel at ease is something particularly close to my heart. With my Master's degree in psychology, I combine professional knowledge with the wish to accompany people on their way to greater wellbeing.
Back in 2021 I already had the pleasure of working at GSI, where I came to greatly appreciate the appreciative and warm company culture. All the more reason why I am delighted to now be part of the Kaiserufer team.
As head of the front-desk team, it is important to me that our guests feel warmly received and well looked after from the very first moment. Together with my team, we ensure a warm welcome and smooth service. We make sure the atmosphere is shaped by respect and openness.
Both within the team and in contact with our guests, empathy, appreciation and mutual support come first for me. I am convinced that healing and wellbeing can grow where people feel seen, welcome and understood.
Marlon Fedke
Heilpraktiker for psychotherapy (licensed under German law)
My profession as a psychologist means a great deal to me, because it gives me the opportunity to accompany people on their path to healing. By helping them recognise unconscious motives, needs and conflicts, I can set lasting change in motion and support them in understanding the deeper meaning of their symptoms, which is often the key to healing.
